who cares? unless he dumped 50 volts on it, its not likely that its damaged. it's hard to trash a power cap.

I actually broke the bolt off mine. So now my power connect has a hole ha.
Other than it still powers up and stuff... yup they can take a beating.

if you're careful, you can probably drill it out and then use an 'easy-out' (left handed bit) to get it outa there.
