RTi A7 XO component "Q"

Something for the many Polk Gurus on this awesome forum.

Today I discovered a component* in the HP portion of the XO (tweeter) labeled:
"Sunway, .47 J, 100V"
* 2 of them actually; in parallel w/Caps
Sunway, 100V - brandname & 100 volts I'm sure but...

What is this thing and what does ".47 J" mean?

    Forgot to mention: It seems the 125Hz XO frequency is just a LP spec. I didn't see any what could be 125Hz HP filtering for the mid. This suggests the "top half" is a RTi A3 running full range; w/subs adding output below 125 HZ, dropping the load to 4 ohms.

    If I can't get solid answer from Polk, I plan to run some frequency test Wednesday to confirm this.

    They're softer, less fatiguing these days.

    RTA* testing several weeks ago showed a broad 3-5dB* peak around 10K. Life has kept me from posting results.

    Still commited to bi/triamping as final, no-cost* solution. May pursue passive mid/tweet XO cap upgrade**-$ & which brand to buy, stumbling block

    A quick RTA test update from several weeks ago:

    found RTA screen resolution setting & took careful readings at different volume levels. all dB readings relative from first measurement

    1. Peak centered @ 3550-4K hz confirming what my ears have told me all along.
    2. -5 dB @ 10 K then plateaing to above 20K
    3. greater than 10dB* dip centered below 2K* gently rising to -5dB plateau @ 500hz
    * posible XO interference
