I have a pair of polk audio momo 4x6 car speakers in the front dash of my s15 gmc truck. Im running a momo c400.4 amplier driving these plus my 6.5 momo door speakers. I cannot really tell if they distort at louder volume ,but at times with certain matieral, they will. Would it be worth while to go ahead and get some bass blockers, and what cut off would i need? Ive been told 600hz or 800hz. Some help would be great.:)

if you really want to keep the 4x6... not that i am a fan of that type of setup... you should cross over around 150, maybe 200 hertz. whoever told you 600 hertz has some sort of neurological disease.
build a 2nd order crossover with a 140 uF cap and 4.5 mH inductor.
