Any news on Pioneer's 2010 bd players?

Have any of you heard any news or rumors of Pioneer's 2010 bd players, when they'll be released and their features etc?

I hope they have improved on their load times and added some additional features, but my main focus is PQ and AQ.

I have heard nothing. I gave up on Pioneer Elite blu ray players , they simply don't build what I want.

I got the Cambridge Azur 650BD instead. You are perfectly fine with your Oppo, it was my 2nd choice and really my first until the Cambridge was released.

hmmm, I've read how Pioneer will have a majority share in the Pioneer/Sharp bd relationship and offer most the input and technology, I could be wrong.

Regardless of what BDp, TV etc you purchase you probably won't be happy until you had a calibration.

That looks 'really' interesting. I've always used a DVD calibration disk that mostly corrects by eyeing the screen and matching patterns or various kinds....then you select the settings that match the pattern best. This looks like something 'more'.

CNH this is calibration gear. The Eyeone will take measurements and require you make adjustments. It is step above just the video cal disk, as your actually using the reading from the Eyeone and calibrating accordingly. The next best thing to this is ISF cal from a professional which may give a tad bit better results.

I just ordered the Eyeone over the weekend, looking forward to seeing how much better the JVC performs afterward.
