    I was at a loss for words earlier, Ken thank you so much for making this happen, it really made for a good afternoon, and she can play the songs from her bed, and control the volume, a couple times I had to turn it down a little with the other people in ICU but no one complained... :)

    That's outstanding! Way to go Polk. Probably doesn't get said here enough, but, I as I'm sure most everyone else on this forum owe a great deal to Polk. This forum is such a big part of my life, and by extension so is Polk. They don't have to take the time and resources required to maintain this forum yet they do. For that I know we are all very appreciative. To go above and beyond like this makes me proud of such a great American company that still looks at customers as part of a family. Thank you!

    I realize that Matthew Polk is retired and Polk is, on paper, not really "Polk Audio" ("The Speaker Specialists") any more -- but Polk Audio is still a very special organization. The care and the tenderness that Ken & Crew have shown is really, really touching.
