Portable headphones for a cell phone. Not earbuds. Wife has been working out like a demon but earbuds don't seem to stay in well. What is more a headphone style that would work with her cell phone. I'm not up on the headphone thing these days, especially for portable devices. Give me a few suggestions under 100 bucks. Appreciate it guys.

Sennheiser does have nice light on and over ear models that would fit the bill Tony. Sound quality will be great with a phone as they are rather efficient. Here's a bit of advice thrown back to you, get out there and listen!
Living room: Samsung UN55KU7000 4K UHD HDR 55 inch TV, Marantz CD6004, Pro-Ject Debut Carbon, Parasound zPhono, Mac Mini, Oppo BDP-93, XBox One S 2Tb, Kenwood DPX792BH car deck for radio purposes, Marantz SR5010 AVR, Parasound HCA-1200II, Front SDA 2 modded with Larrys Rings and RD0-194-1 tweeters, Rear Onkyo SKF-4800 Towers, Center CSiA6, BOOM Tannoy TS2.12 Sub, Audioquest Evergreen interconnects just about everywhere except from AVR to amp, MIT Terminator 4, MIT AVT3 speaker cables with extra terminals covered up Monitor 5 Jr+ in the wings for a center channel.

Polk and others have ear buds that have a hook that loops over the ear to keep them in place. Good luck. D

Go bluetooth. Working out with corded headphones is a pain.

    I use these: https://amazon.com/Headphones-TaoTronics-TT-BH07-Waterproof-Cancelling/dp/B06ZYX6Y1T/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1513615446&sr=8-1&keywords=taotronics+earbuds

Question....with Bluetooth buds, can you use more than one Bluetooth device with your phone at the same time ? I believe she already has a fitbit connected.

Me preference, go wired...cause you can shove more into sound quality than features...and batteries.

    Run don’t walk situation here...

    Polk Ultrafit 3000

Amazon has the white version right now for $17 shipped Prime.

I’ve had a pair for running going on 3+ years and love them.

They come with multiple size earbuds. They also have the over-ear loop to keep them more secure.

I will admit they will come out of the ear canal especially when sweaty, but they stay on because of the loop, and it’s just a gentle push to get them back in the ear.

I also like sometimes leaving them out of the ear canal if I want to be aware of my surroundings but still hear the music.

I think I paid $60 for my pair originally. I just ordered 2 pairs in white and there were 3 pairs left. The black color was listed at $80. For $17...must be a liquidation situation.

I’m sure there are better options out there, but you can get some jbl e30 synchros headphones, they were like 80 dollars but the new wireless version came out and all the marshalls and Ross stores around here are filled with them for around $30. They aren’t the most efficient but on my iPad 3 volume 2 dots from full is unbearable. Also, I know this thread is a month old but I thought I would give my 2 cents.

She's lost 35 lbs since her heart attack. Must say, she's lookin' hot bro. :) She started by just adjusting what she ate and when, and simply walking the dog everyday. That got her to lose about 15 lbs quickly. Then she decided to lose more and took up working out...that 4 lettered word we men call exercise.

She only works out about 3-4 days a week, but that helped drop the rest of the weight. Now she enjoys it and wants to move on to that Orange theory stuff. The headphones was for her music , claims it keeps her pumped up.

almost TOO pumped up though. She tells me she nearly took a nose dive off the elliptical because she was wanting to dance to the groove of the music. lol
