Monitor 7 tweeter swap to peerless

I have some very average monitor 7's in my garage system. They have peerless tweeters. Sound amazing . Just scored some minty 7's with Polk tweeters. Can I just swap the two for two out? Is there that much of a difference in sound? As always Thanks. D

The correct replacement tweeter for the Monitor 7 Series 2, SL2500 tweeters, is the RD-0198-1. The SL2500s and Peerless are not interchangeable.Home Theater/2 Channel:
