Parasound HCA 1200

I have found a Parasound hca 1200 for sale locally for $295. It looks to be super clean. I don't need it but thought at this price I should grab it for second room or office? Is this a good price?

    It doesn't take much for me to pull the trigger ;) . I guess I wanted to know if that was a good price. After posting I saw a similar post on here around the 1500 and similar b&k amps market value being around 400 so I think 295 is pretty good. I think I should accept that dare.
