Polk Soundbar 3000 not responding

When I turn on the power, the light first turn red and then orange and stays orange all the time. Not responding to remote or buttons on the bar. Please advise

Hello,
Try a reboot. Unplug the AC power cord, switch off the AC selector, wait a few minutes, then reconnect the AC power cord and switch the AC selector to "on".

Sorry that didn't do the trick. It would be best to contact Polk CS at: 1-800-377-7655 select option 1. Be patient, there might be a 15 minute wait, but they'll help you solve the problem. You'l need to provide them the unit's serial number and date of purchase.
