Magnifi Mini Chromecast issue

Hi, just got the mini setup. Chromecast worked the first day but I was not able to cast anything last night from my phone. It did not show up as an option in apps such as google play. I cycled power but no help. I then unlinked it in google home. Now I cannot discover it again.

Any help would be appreciated.

GF is having issues with Chromecast also. Magnifi Mini works great at my place with DirectTV, but troubles with Chromecast. Can somebody who has experience with using Chromecast with Magnifi Mini please PM me ? Thanks

I have the exact same issue. This is a pretty big problem and I might have to return the device if there is no fix!

Is there a solution?
