my problem is with the difference in sound between talking and effects. talking is ok but effects are very loud in movies or tv

Hello,
It is important that any of your sources is giving an unaltered signal to the soundbar. Check to make sure no signal processing is happening; the bar works best when fed either a standard stereo signal or a Dolby Digital signal.

its just hooked up to the tv so maybe I'll try fool with the tv settings. thanks for the comment
