Red Blinking Light "Dead" Surroundbar 2000

Hi everyone,

I have a Surroundbar SB2000, when I turn it on I get a red blinking light, it blinks three times and then it turns off.

Is this an error code of any sort? If it is, how do I know what it means? Do I need a factory reset and how it is done?

In all likelihood there's a problem with the speaker's amplifier. Do you live in the U.S. or Canada?

I live in Costa Rica. But I have an address in USA where I can send packages in case I am able to get the replacement parts to fix it here.
