hi
I bought a pair of speakers for my studio Polk Audio Monitor Series 10 / original photo in my blog http://sgerasimuk.blogspot.com/2015/02/polk-audio-monitor-10.html
somebody tell me what exactly this model?
little information on the Internet - and all information is different
here are some examples:
1 - Sensitivity: 123dB ?? http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Z-qQ5LS9ljw/VNTWG-KE6xI/AAAAAAAAahY/UTYwCYTIgsc/s1600/polk_brochure_back_pg.jpg
2 - Sensitivity: 89dB ?? http://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/polk-audio/monitor-10b.shtml and http://web.archive.org/web/20110211053501/http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/specs/recent/monitor10
why in the columns that I and columns that the link to the corporate site is different tweeters?
which parameters have a particular model that I bought?
thank you for your help!

Those appear to be the original Monitor 10s, not A, B, or Model 2.
You're mixing Sensitivity with Maximum SPL. They're different.
89db is the Sensitivity.Home Theater/2 Channel:

And those Peerless tweeters are in upside down.
-
They look to be late Monitor Series Model 10A or very early 10B.
Why?
Original Monitor Series Model 10 had uncoated paper passive radiator (PR).

The earlier 10A would have had the coated PR and "midwoofers" that look like yours -- but they would still have had the "super-Velcro" fittings for the grilles. Cf. my 1977-ish (manufacturing date; I got 'em as demos in'78) Model 7A):

The earlier 10A and 7A also had two fuses on the back of each speaker (a 1A tweeter fuse and 1.5A system fuse); later "A" models had only one fuse (like the earlier, unsuffixed versions -- and yours).
The early "B" versions -- I am pretty darned sure -- did have Peerless tweeters, so they could be early 10Bs. Maybe. The fact that yours have black vinyl on the front baffle is also, perhaps (?), indicative of "B-ness" (and/or late "A-ness"). :- )
Also, at some point, the (useless) paper gaskets on the fronts of the midbass drivers & PRs went away, and the rubber surrounds on the drivers and PRs became black instead of the greyish black color seen on earlier drivers (which is also how they looked when new) -- not really sure when, though.
... but whadda I know?
PS - those Technics coaxial speakers behind 'em look very interesting.... :- )

What do I know, I was going by the fiber gaskets, and the Serial Number with no prefixHome Theater/2 Channel:

The "A" models s/n has no prefix, either. I am not sure about the "B", though.
EDIT: Actually - it is interesting to note the large loading weights on the PRs in the OP's speakers -- I am not sure when those came along for the 10 family -- post "A" I think, though.
I don't own a pair of 10A so I am not really sure about them. -
Yeah, coated PR, posts for the grille attachment and hole in the peerless tweeter disqualifies the earliest 10's like the ones shown in the brochure in your blog photos. funny the tweeters are upside down.Citation 1, WOPL 400, Dynaco ST70, Pioneer SA9100, 5580, Marantz 4400

I have four sets of 10's. Shown here are my three older pairs of 10's. Each pair has one fuse per speaker (for tweeter only). The photo is labeled showing that two pair are marked on the rear as 10A's and the other pair is marked only as 10 (sans the A suffix). I believe only three tweeters were used in the 10 and 10A (two versions of Peerless and the not so loved SL-1000 with the greyish-silver faceplate). I believe the 10B was the first to use the SL-2000 tweeter. Hope this helps. Have fun and welcome, you'll learn a lot here.

Okay, I'll admit I have too many. But in my defense, I ONLY had one pair when I started reading this forum about a dozen years ago. Remember it's a Rabbit Hole. My Hutch is getting a little crowded. Hope I did not offend you.
-
You should collect 7s; they image better ;- )
-
I have three sets of 7's (two 7B's w/Peerless) and 7 Series 2 w/SL-2500. I agree with you completely, the 7's are the better of the two.

Serious hoarder!
