Selling a Parasound A21 amplifier in silver.
Through some kind of weird circumstances I ended up with 2 of these. I really preferred one in black to match my DAC and speakers but thought I'd save a few bucks and get get the silver one with the ding, but the next day I had a change of heart and bought the black one too :^ / The black one actually got here first and I just received the silver one today. It has a ding on the front lower right but other than that nothing to speak of and it works perfectly. I've been listening to it for about 6 hrs now and it sounds sweet.
So you can have this one at $250-$300 less than the going price for a used one if you don't mind the ding. Does not come with the original box but comes with a really good one that almost looks custom made for it with the foam packing and everything (box is from a Furman F1500 UPS). Comes with manual and power cord. $1350 plus shipping

    I've never owned a really high-powered amp like this in my 35+ yrs in audio. It's performance is just so effortless. If you've never experienced it it's really an epiphany (ha ha......I believe I made fun of an Audiogon post that used that word about 10 yrs ago)

    Have to chime in here and give this a bump.....I love my Halo A51/C2 and this is a wonderful amp in the Halo line. As far as the color I thought I would like the black also but this aluminum looks classy and you end up loving it after awhile. These amps push out current(60 amps/ch) without even a sweat. You guys with speakers like mine that run 4 ohms this baby will supply 400 watts/ch full bandwith and never get hot. Parasound just increased prices on their Halo 7 % last month. Good Luck!!

    If timing was right I think I would have beat you to it, I think? Or I would have gave it a good try :) But good things will come in time. Been playing it safe for at least 20 years with modest stereo's. Would like to start the dedicated 2 channel journey with a Halo...seems like it plays the middle between tube sound and a too sterile SS sound. Anyway finding good used deals is my only hope.

    Somebody buy this thing already!

    Yeah, I was in the same boat. I got the PS Audio NuWave and the Parasound A23 and sat there lusting over the PerfectWave and A21 because they were way out of my budget comfort zone. But I finally said screw it. If you are patient enough and quick enough you can find the piece you're lusting over at a great price. Some dumbass had a Buy-it-Now of $1200 on an A21 recently on Ebay and it went in less than 1/2 hour. The average they had been going for is around $1625 shipped.

    Yeah, my HT was built off of CL. Only the PS3 and Sub driver were bought new.
