I'd definitely buy a pair of RD0(zero)-194 tweeters pronto. The crossovers do need to be recapped and new resistors to replace the ceramic sandcast original resistors.

Be aware of voltage requirements. Most Japanese products run on 100v.

Any resistor on the board would benefit from increased wattage. If the other resistor is a 2.7 ohm 5 watt, increase them to 2.7ohm 10 or 12 watt resistors. Cheap insurance.

Yes. Using a higher wattage resistor is a best practice as well. .5ohm 10 or 12 watt resistor instead of the 5 watt.
