  The air coming out is warm (not hot) -- but I/we haven't noticed a "drafty" character to it.

  They're Mitsubishis. They supply warm at -20, and they no doubt go through some machinations to do it... but they do it. I think they rate them to -13, because the efficiency drops precipitously…
