This is almost certainly a dirty control and those little pushbuttons on the hks are particularly aggravating in terms of getting noisy/dirty. BTDT. That's why I have lots of pictures like this …2 · -

Looks like 12 push-pull pairs of EL84s, maybe? So -- you're lookin' at 12 to 15 watts per channel. Might limit loudspeaker choices for HT a wee bit... fortunately, there are options. :) pop…1 · -
