When using stones I start with a 1,000 grit Cerax stone and finish with a 5,000 grit Suehira “Rika” . Bk3 · -

Ha ha ! Magnetic knife stand It’s not that hard ... Practice with a couple crappy knives first ... If you don’t get the angle right , just re-do. Dunno about double angle ... these are same angle on …1 · -
