This is what a bridge near me looked like in Sept 2009 when we received more than 15" of rain in a day. Notice the distance between the power lines and the water.2 · -

Its only 4 bedrooms on less than a acre. That's my issue. No land for it. It is described as secluded, but there are dozens of neighbors within 1000 feet. Some may feel differently, but I'm…5 ·
