MIT Cables Iconn banana plugs. They screw on and can be swapped out with spades or pins.

If the stock gaskets are not damaged leave them alone. You gain nothing but a headache changing them unnecessarily. The blue device is the polyswitch. Remove and replace with a 0.5 ohm 10 or 12 watt …
