Thinking about this a little more. Perhaps glue isn't the best idea as it would likely ooze through the fabric. So, I'm thinking double sided tape.

I'm wondering if you could glue a rod, wooden or fiberglass, into the corners to beef them up?

If you pull the crossover from your other speaker you'll be able to see the resistor values.

I don't know of anyone that has 3D printed the parts, but seem to recall folks making new frames out of wood or metal.
