Thinking about this a little more. Perhaps glue isn't the best idea as it would likely ooze through the fabric. So, I'm thinking double sided tape.2 -

If you pull the crossover from your other speaker you'll be able to see the resistor values.2 -

I don't know of anyone that has 3D printed the parts, but seem to recall folks making new frames out of wood or metal.1 -
