None, I would choose a tubed amp. Most likely a Carver M4.0t or M-500t if I had to go with an SS amp out of your list.

I vote for the Sunfire. What will be your application? Speakers? Setup?

George you have been a bad influence on all who were graced with your demo of the little 40wpc Anthem:p
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

I'm not really sure you could go wrong with NAD, Rotel, Carver, or Sunfire. I'm currently using Carver on my 1Cs but have also used Rotel. In the 90's I used NAD for years with 2.3tls. Loved them all but would rank them NAD, Caver, and Rotel as my preference. I have never used Emotiva but have read that the sound is not quite as "laid back" as the others. Don't know enough about Sunfire but it does have Carver linage and a great reputation here.
