Speaker setup

Hey guys, just wanted some opinions real quick. I was messing with my Onk the other night before watching Hancock on Blu-Ray and I messed up my sound pretty good, lol. I have had this new setup about 2 months now and am still learning what it can do. My question is I set all of my speaker to Full Band (by accident) not realizing it was a bad thing to do, because it was going to steal the glory from my sub. My wife was getting antsy to watch the movie and hates the 30 minute setup it always seems to take me so I left it the way it was, lol. I noticed a huge difference in sound quality and noticed my mains were doing more damage than my sub when the action got going. I even got up and turned my sub up because I thoughr someone had turned it down. I know the mains (Monitor 70's) should be on "full range" but what about my center (CS2) and my surrounds (Monitor 40's) I can choose from 40-200Hz on all of them and have my surround back disabled since I currently have none. I don't know if there is a specific Hz they should all be at, but if anyone has any suggestions feel free. Thanks in advance guys.

80 Hz is a good starting point for bookshelfs and moderate sized center channels.-Eric

Thanks Eric, I knew that THX recommended 80 Hz and that is what I was going to set it to. Just wanted to see what the experts had to say. I changed them all except the 70's to 80Hz and will give it a listen later. Thanks again.HT Rig
