Grille Replacement

I had a pair of Rti A3's delivered by UPS today. I am giving them as a gift to my brother. I saw them on ebay new in box for a great price so I had to get them. So i carefully remove them from the box to see if they made it safely before it would be too late to return them (his bday isn't for a couple more weeks) and sure enough the grilles were broken. They must have gotten smashed together when the box was dropped. I swear these people must toss packages down flights of stairs or something. Otherwise these speakers are in perfect condition and I will keep them.

So I have two problems:

1. I need to get new grilles. Is it possible to get them through customer support for free or do I need to pay for them.

2. I need to remove the plastic pegs from the holes where replacement grilles will be inserted. What is the best method to do this? Can I just take a toothpick or something and super glue it to the plastic to pull it out or is it more difficult than that?

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might try taking a small screw and **** it part way into the broken peg which should make it easy to pull out. Not sure a toothpick and super glue will cut it, but I guess it depends on how tight of a fit they are.

Not sure on the replacement grills, but if you didn't buy them from an authorized retailer my guess is that you'll have to pay. But I'm sure someone will chime in with a more definitive answer.

CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
