I have never seen a vintage receiver this clean .The wood looks very nice. Anyone have any vintage items in this condition?

Yes, I have several pieces of Yamaha gear that are probably nicer than that one. I have a Technics that is almost identical to it. And, I have two Marantz pieces, one of which is perfect and the other near-perfect.
BTW, it looks like they put armour-all on the vinyl veneer of that one. Maybe not such a good idea if that's what they did. -
Yhat is a blast from the past. My first receiver was a slightly newer model, SA404.Stan

Some of those old Technics had wood veneer rather than fake vinyl, thus it could be oiled up. That's what I did to one of these I picked up over the weekend:

DOA, but pretty sure all it needs is a power-supply, so I'm in the hunt for a manual. -
Old Technics are in nowdays. I just found this in my area:

As soon as I get my SA-600, I will take pics and let everyone see it, it looks very clean from what I saw on ebay

For $75, I'd probably pick that SA-600 up. Good sound, I'm sure.Ludicrous gibs!

Yes, I did win the SA-600, 99.00 including shipping. Cannot wait to get it!! From what I have read about it, it is a pretty stout unit
