    Look at the schematics; that 22.5 ohm resistor (and the bypass cap) should be in parallel with the 12uF cap. If you add a jumper between R2 and P3 you will achieve this.

    As I mentioned in the other thread you started, your best bet is to post in the troubleshooting area for Ken to see, or even beter, you can try it with and without that jumper.
