Whats the difference between carver Ms and PMs

Anyone know about the carver PM-1.5 amp and the carver PM-1200 amp??They look alike and have same power output but I didnt get any more info.Do any of you know?And are they common ground? Compatable with SDA2Bs?

    I was told by Mylinda that the PM1.5 and the M1.5 were the same amp, just a fan on the pro and different hookups. However, I'd still go with the consumer model, silence is golden.

    I have the PM1201 and it is a pro amp. You can use it with your SDAs because it is common ground and it has pretty good sound quality for a pro amp. The fans can be an issue as mentioned, but I modded mine with a thermal switch so they don't turn on unless it gets real hot, which means they don't really turn on.
