Problem with LSiC?

I just bought the LSiC to complete my HT, when I listened to it there didn't seem to be any sound coming out of the left driver. I put my finger on it and it was vibrating a bit, but compared to the right driver I couldn't hear any sound from it. Before I return it, I was wondering if this maybe was normal? Like maybe there is a crossover that is putting low frequencies to the left driver and that's why I can't hear discrete sound from it? Anyone using the LSiC have any advice for me? Thanks.

Thanks much for the replies. Just to be sure I disconnected the wires to the right driver, and then I could hear sound from left, producing less audible lower frequency sound. Thanks again!
