Denon 4308

Has anyone had any experiences with the Denon 4308 receiver yet? I am considering it along with some new Polks for my HT setup. Speakers I am considering are:
RTi A7's for fronts
CSi A6 for center
Tc65i's for side surrounds
Tc60i's for ceiling surrounds
DSW Pro 500 sub
Definitely consider myself a novice, and could use all the help I can get in choosing the right setup. I've read alot of posts on speakers and receivers and it seems clear that you need to match your components properly to get the most out of them. To that extent, I don't know if my choices make sense or not. If I'm spending this kind of $ on a system, I don't want to be disappointed!!

That's all great stuff there, except you might as well nudge the sub up to the DSWPro 600 at this point.

Consider the 3808 paired with a power amp for better detailed sound. If by chance youre considering the 4308 due to power that is. Oh indeed either way its going to be a nice setup.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

Sounds pretty nice to me (was thinking about upgrading to the 4308 myself). Make sure you get some decent interconects for it all.Denon AVR-3803

Pablo...speaking of interconnects, I was wondering what the consensus is on speaker wire/cable. If you search the internet long enough it seems you get just as many pro and con opinions on the importance of good quality wire and connectors. My intent was to get quality products...without having to take out a second mortgage to finance them! However, I'd be interested in all of your collective opinions.

For good quality speaker cables and interconnects start here.

Afterwards you try the power cables out and see if you see more improvement
Tell Frank youre a member of Polk Audio and you'll get a little cost savings to boot.
For my own setup I use analog IIs for amps, and Cdp, Ultras on the speakers, and everything else is used somewhere in the mix of my setup.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
