$100 is a very fair price for a set of M10's.

That's a very good deal...congrats and welcome! Be careful with these classic Polks, though...they can be addicting. Actually, I'm down to just my 7B's now (permanent keepers those) since I let a friend have my Series II 4's and 5's in exchange for helping me with an urgent plumbing issue awhile back...
Enjoy your new loudspeakers!

yes. I paid $99 for a somewhat homely pair of original Model 10s (and was happy enough).

I'm a nubie myself (rta-12'c for $150) don't you just have to smile when you hear what $100 sounds like!Polk Audio RTA 12c's, Monitor 7c, Monitor 5JR+, SDA CRS+

Hey I have the same ones! Mine no longer have any vinyl on them! I paid 75.00 for mine though they looked like hell, they sound nice.

lol they were mint too all original drivers too!
What are some other good polks?
Cause these speakers were gonna go with my JBL L100's centuries and E100's
and I want a polk equivalent phenomenon to listen to.
