knowledge/suggestion needed

Hoping someone can drop some knowledge on me please -
My Tylers have the following specs: 35-25k - 4 ohm - 92db - 25-200W
My Rotel is 200W@8ohm and 330W@4ohm
There is nothing wrong with the Rotel but was thinking of changing for the sake of change mostly(shh... and asthetics).
The Parasound A23 is 125W@8ohm and 200W@4ohm.
I suspect this is still enough power or are the speakers at 4ohm really going to make the Parasound work to hard, get too heated?
I'm looking for a quality amp that will have no problem with the Tylers(comes in silver) but can stay cool and not break the bank. The Parasounds are going for between $400-$500 used. This seems ideal to me.
Suggestions in this range? Is a cooler running amp at 4ohms a lot harder to come by at a reasonable price. Does this lead into what class an amp is A or A/B etc?
Thanks for advice or pointing to some good (not overly technical) resources.
Still a noob!

I have Carver gear running thru mine. It's vintage, it's not cheap to maintain, but it sounds damn good, Try looking at Odyssey as well. Both of these may or may not match/beat/outperform the Parasound because I haven't heard one yet, but I'm just throwing it out there for ya'.
The Odyssey's can be had in Silver, however the Carver's can not FYI.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
Never had or heard one but what I have read about the A-23 is: Sounds great, is powerful and has no problem with demanding loads but it runs very hot.AVR: Elite VSX-21TXH
