Sharp Aquos

just wondering if anyone has experience with this TV

looks like a pretty good deal, but i l know in order to get it ill be goind straight from work to wait the lines at 12am tonite

    i have the 32" version of that and i would say i am very pleased with it for the price you can get it for now. it is only 720p but for 800 bucks you cant go wrong. where i do NOT like mine thought is the sharp aquos seems to have issues with viewing the image from the side. if you watch it from an angle more than about 45 degrees in either direction, the image gets washed out pretty severely. however if your viewing within that its a VERy solid lcd for 800 bucks. hope this helped.

    Check for banding issues before you buy. usually shows up in grayish blue bkgds and panning scenes.

    I have a friend who has the 32" and 52" of this TV(bedroom and living room, respectively).

    Really nice quality, although with the 52" I find it very difficult to watch within 10 feet.

    Make sure you buy the appropriate size for your viewing distance.

    the aquos were all gone, wasnt really expecting them anyway since i got there at 10ish, the RTi10s were more important, after i thought long and hard ended up getting a sharp 32 in lcd, it was much more appropriate for my small bedroom and for 600 a nice deal and im pretty impressed with the non HD picture
