Video Selector / Switch

I'm looking for a good HDMI selector that has a remote. I've seen the units at Best Buy that cost around $200. Is that my best bet, or are there better alternatives.
I can do research on my own, I guess I'm most curious about what any of you guys and if you like or dislike it.

I haven't used one, but this Belkin gets good reviews:

Monoprice.com has good cheap ones.

Monoprice.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

i use monoprice switch, using it with a comcast HDMI digi box and sometimes some of the HD channels come in scrambled, never had the problem before either?

That Monoprice looks nice also. I'm gonna go ahead and grab this one too, and see which I prefer out of this and the Belkin.
