Bash is an excellent amp. www.partexpress.com carries them at great prices.

But I would also recommend. www.rythmikaudio.com

    http://www.rythmikaudio.com/amplifiers.html

The rythmik plate amps have alittle more controlability in tuning and filters, without having to get inside the amp.

I own 2 of these. Dont let the wattage fool you. It over powers my SVS subs very easily. I think its just and all around great plate amp that can handle a heavy load.

I think bash is in the SVS plus subs aren't they? If so, seems to work well in my 25-31PC+.
    Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
    Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
    Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
    Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
    Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms)

I like them alot. I use it to power the PSW1000 and it is LOUD. For movies, I have it turned to maybe 1/6 volume, anything beyond that is extreme overkill in a small apartment.

The only thing I don't like about this is a lack of high level line outpout. There are a couple of line level outputs though.
    Receiver - Onkyo HT-R340
    Front - Pioneer S-HF21
    Center -Onkyo SKC-340C
Surround Back - Polk R15 <--Ticket to club polk
    Subwoofer - Onkyo SKW-340

BASH name, but highly modded by SVS.

So its a BASH amp, but not like the ones you buy at parts express.

So its really not fair to compare those 2.

Well the project is almost complete and I will post pictures later today. I used the bash 500 amp plate, This all started when I chose to start a box for my 18" well the eighteen ended up with a slightly frazzled voice coil and when I found it was upset so now I had the 4 cuft box and nothing to do with. I happen to have 2 -12" 8 ohm Fosgate pch-12s (really old school) that need 2 cuft a piece So I cut a new baffle board, Looked up the port dimentions and put some legs on the box. I am impressed with bash amplifier. we decided to make the box a downfiring style with the ports mounted horizontally. and faced them toward the wall. I have the sub at 5 volume about 85 hz crossover zero phase. and I was pleasently surprised when we played akon and all of my boys dvd came off of the wall. The look on his face was worth all the work. (21st B-day)

So bash has my thumbs up
