Rotel 1075 or ATI1505

I found these amps used at good prices for my LSI theater. The Rotel is about $150 more. There is one catch, I must purchase by 5:00 Friday afternoon. What do you guys think?

    If you have any plans in the future to push some SDA's keep in mind the ATI is a *non*-common ground design. Otherwise, try the ATI as there are lots of Rotel owners around here!

    Excuse the ignorance, but what does that mean non common ground? What are the draw backs of that?
