Driver replacement in order?

I noticed that one of the mid/bass drivers on my -1C's has a small crease in the cone where it is glued to the rubber surround, radiating outwards. It looks like someone in the past accidentally pressed on the back of the cone with their fingertip, putting the crease in it. When you press on that area now, it's obvious that it's somewhat weak. Anyone have any thoughts on whether this driver should be replaced?

Actually, I was strongly considering springing for a brand new set of drivers from Polk, including the silk dome tweeters. Might take a while before they get here, after all the other orders get filled. But it would be neat to have brand new drivers. I'm not sure how much musical abuse the current set of drivers has sustained over the past 20 years.
