The Music Hall gets my vote.

What are you using for power now? Those RTA12's need some good power.

What is your price range for the intergated amp?

The Arcam CD72 has won award after award... It can be fully upgraded to it's big brother the CD92. however you could probably get a used CD92 for that price...

Can't add anything about those cd players, but after looking at your name I have to ask if you are into old Mopars.

All right. Keep that gts in the family. That is a good move. Your 64 440 polara sounds interesting. The 67 Charger is a good ride. I am more partial to the 69 Chargers, but that is probably because I have a 69. Original owner. I am getting ready for the restore and am trying to decide if I am going to put in the original 383, a crate 500 or if I should just bite the big one and get the 426 hemi crate. A hemi clone is what I really want to do, but I don't think I could get my money back if I decided to sell it. Then again, I have had the car since 69 so I doubt I will be selling it anytime soon, but it is something to consider.

That polara website is interesting. Lots of information. You mentioned the 67 gtx. That car is a favorite of mine. One thing that it has going for it is that was the only year for the gtx in that body style.

Sorry I highjacked your thread. Looks like all this mopar talk has scared off the audio wizards that should be answering your original question. Maybe they will come back.

I see your from Ark. If you were interested in a '67 GTX, there happens to be one for sale here in town. I'm in the north-east corner of Kansas, just south of KC. The guy was a body repair specialist and this rig was going to be his baby. Now he has to sell his toys to help pay for cancer treatments. Sometimes life just kicks ya in the nuts, no? He will take $6500 for it. Had rust in the rear quarters but its all been repaired. Dark green with black gut, auto on the column with buckets. 440 (of course) with original air cleaner and exhaust manifolds. Runs but needs a starter. car still needs paint and other misc. to be right but these old musclecars are hard to find unmolested. But anyway, we're not too far away so if you were interested let me know and I can get you the guy's number.

That GTX sounds nice, but I think I have all that I can handle right now. I appreciate the info and I will talk to a friend who could be interested. He just bought a Cuda so I don't know if he has any more room either. I will let you know if I need more information.

    gtsdarts.

Seems like this tread is attracting more mopar guys than cd player experts.

the retail for the arcam CD72 was around $700 or $800. there is a newer version called the CD72T which displays text from the CD. you can usually find used CD72s for $450 to above $500 at www.audiogon.com
