mysterious 3 red lights on 360

well yesterday i turned on my 360 and instantly get the 3 lights now this is a refurb that i got back not even a month ago so i start freaking out then stop and think hey wait its not supposed to do it instantly and the fans did not power up has this happened to anyone before? any idea of the cause? thing works fine now but i'm wondering if i should send it in for another replacement

    well its been working beautifully since then it may have been a lose wire or something but i have about 4 months until the warrenty is up so i have plenty of time its just pathetic how many problems the 360 has tho.. sigh.. they built the first xbox like a tank not even i can break that old thing least i didn't sell my old console lol i still have somewhat of a backup :)

    If all four quadrants are flashing red that means its the AV cable but three means hardware failure. If I were you I would exchange it if it does it one more time. I love the 360 but the build quality is abysmal.
