    The older school citation gear was built like a tank,,you could run those babies HARD,and they would not let you down:)

    Years back when I picked up my AR-9's from Cantor Tillman, he was driving them with a 60wpc Citation 12, and they sounded just fine. In the mid 70's when I was selling hi-fi, the Citation 11 pre and Citation 12 were the best things we had in the store. They were $600/pair back then, way out of my reach. Used to use them to drive Bozaks and KLH's when I wasn't trying to sell stuff.

    Still have mine,,although unused for years now,,had a pair of AR 3a's that they pushed.:)

    I had the same series of HK gear back in the late 80s. I used them to drive two pairs of Advents and the combo was most excellent. I wish I had never got rid of that HK rig. Gotta love current.

    I got the box, but have to get from my office, as othrt things have come up. Thank you for giving and shipping this to me. This is a good Polkie. Waiting to here back from seller on the speakers will keep everyone posted. If anyone here is interested on bidding on these let me know so as to not drive up thr price.
