Polk RTA12b on Dallas CL

There is a pair of RTA12b's on the Dallas CL for $150 that appear to be in good shape.

No affiliation, etc.
Richard? Who's your favorite Little Rascal? Alfalfa? Or is it........................Spanky?.................................Sinner.

    I saw those today and emailed the guy. Is that even a good price for that pair of speakers?

    The peerless tweets and stands are probably close to the asking price.

    Good point. I was thinking the stands were a pretty nice touch for $150.

    We'll see what he says. I wouldn't be surprised if someone else here emailed him earlier as well.

    Stay away from the HD-A2 on CL dallas, tho!!! It' mine!

    I emailed him earlier today, too with no reply.

    But, I will be the proud new owner of a pair of SDA 1C's here in the next couple of weeks. As soon as I get time to go get them, anyway. So I don't really need a pair of RTA 12's...otherwise, I might be thinking about this pair!

    Listening to them now! I like them! Those stands are a little water damaged but will serve as a nice template for a new lower version. They are about 3-4 inches too tall for my listening position to get the tweets at ear level. Any one with experience with these feel free to chime in if they like a particular orientation to sound their best. I'm running them with a Yamaha M-2/C-2 and an Nad C 521 BEE right now and listening to Boz Scaggs "Come On Home". The piano is sounding particularly good. I don't think I overspent!
