I have a Toshiba HDA1 HD DVD player for sale. I only watched a few movies on it once I got it home because I was waiting on my new receiver to arrive. Then right after I got my receiver the store I work at had a closeout sale on the HDXA1's so I HAD to buy one of those. 
This one comes with nearly 5 years of transferable warranty on it, good nationwide at any Toshiba authorized repair center. I don't have the original box, but I will ship insured in the HDXA1 box. Yours for $250 shipped. BTW, the Matrix trilogy hits HD DVD on May 22nd.
