Lexicon DC1, DC2, MC1 5.1 inputs

I am sending my Lexicon MC1 to Shawn Fogg from SMR forum to add a 7.1 input to my Lexicon MC1. He uses the analog inouts from the Lex and adds a board to allow the 7.1 inputs. The price is only $175.00 plus shipping. I am sending mine on Monday. I will let you know how it turns out if interested.

    Yes please do. I sent him a pm a month or so ago asking about getting it done to my MC-1 also. That is the one thing that would make me consider buying another pre- pro at this time was the lack of multi channel inputs. REGARDS SNOW
    Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

    I was in the same situation. I love my MC1, but thought I had to by the MC-8. If this works, my MC1 will be staying for a long time. I hope to have it back by next weekend. Just in time for my new 1.2TL's.

    Wow new 1.2tls also. you will be rocking.:D thats what i have for my mains right now also. I just now checked over there and he sent me a pm 10 days ago saying the parts were in and he was ready.Darn i wish now i had checked back sooner, I could of had mine back almost. Im envious lol. so it looks like its off to the upgrade. I have to wait a little bit anyhow before i can send mine off. And it looks like you will have yours in by then. I will be anxiously waiting to hear what you think of it when you get it in. If this goes well for you, all of us lexicon owners should be able to keep him busy for a while.
