PSW303 Humming, Static!???

I just got the PSW303 like 5 days ago and today i noticed that is making this constant static sound...I tried everything! I even disconnected the sub from my receiver...and its still there. I tried a different outlet in another room...
Its huming as long as its pluged in an outlet.
I'm gonna have to take it back! Any sugestion before I do that?

Also, I noticed that bass is much deeper but...not as loud as my old PSW10!Audio system lost to water damage...

Throw a cheater plug on the power cord & see if it clears up. It might just do the trick.

well...the sub two already....so, how would a cheater plug (3 to 2) work? I will go back to tweeter tomrow and exchange it....Audio system lost to water damage...
