I have the 35i's, but i want to upgrade to a 7.1 setup, and im going to either buy another pair of 25i's or i28's, but i really want to buy a pair of i38's, move the 35's to the back, and the 25's to the front surrounds, but...
is there a really big sound improvement between the i38 and 35i? is the i38 made cheaper? etc?
Damn you all, damn you all to hell.......
I promised myself
No more speakers. None. Nada. And then you posted this!!!!
Damn you all! - ATC

I have both speakers and I'm using the rti38's for surround and one rt35i for center surround and to me they all sound the same. They are both well built speakers IMO. Later NICO

The rti38's have a silk dome tweeter vs the trilam in the rti35.
I detected a slight difference in the very high end. The 35 was very crisp
and the 38 was kinda shssy for lack of a better word. Of course this was only in a CC listening room.
