Has anyone shipped an SVS??? Texas to Wisconsin

I found the sub I have been looking for. Its an SVS PB12+2. Problem is its 1100 miles one way for local pickup only. I can make the trip if need be but having to take time off work and renting a hatchback car (my SUV gets terrible gas mileage) make the deal less appealing. Since the seller will not ship unless I make arrangements. Does anyone know what a reasonable shipping alternative would be? Or if anyone is headed up north in the very, very near future (this weekend) I would make it worth their time. Thanks, Steve

I assume that the original packaging is not available? Then I would not ship it unless it was packed by me (or George Daniel
).
You could though get the original pckaging and double box from SVS...I did this when I sold my PB10 to somebody here (what a memory). though not sure you have the time to arrange this (plus, you'd have to ship the empty box to texas..)_________________________________________________

There are freight companies all over the country that will do the packaging and shipping for you.
Roadway, Yellow, Old Dominion, to name a few.
Maybe try looking into those?
