Photo DVD Creator

I am looking for a simple program that will permit me to create a DVD slide comprised of photos, adding music and inserting text on the screen for each picture. Sort of like a photo album that you could pop into your DVD player and remember a special event or vacation. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

    Do you have a Chapters up there? I recently picked up a copy of Essential DVD Maker magazine at Chapters which included a free disc of software including Roxio's My DVD Slideshow.(This issue may still be on sale).I Haven't tried it yet but it may do what you want.Although being a free release means it will probably have some features not available.

    No Chapters here but someone told me they had downloaded a free copy of Elements. Probably limited capabilities.
