OK, today I saw this post where this guy had a separate 2 channel amp and a 5 channel amp receiver. He was running RTi8s off the separate amp and RTi4s off the receiver. Both sets of speakers were running as MAINS! The RTi4s were stacked on the 8s. Does this make any sense? How would that sound?:) Please tell me someone had a drunk night and crossed some wires to experince this good time for themselves.

it will sound bigger to the untrained ear, but the overall sound has to be pretty jumbled. I stacked when I was a kid, and have since way outgrown it.
