Or better yet, take all the money spent on these silly lawsuits and donate it to a worthwhile foundation....

    his beliefs are not the reason he is an @sshole, its his smug attitude. what a selfish ****. he must live a charmed life if this is the only cause he can champion in his life. its actually kind of sad.

    sadder thing is, the 9th circuit will find in his favor, and the supreme court will have to waste its time putting the ninth circuit in its place AGAIN. the 9th circuit is such a complete disgrace to the legal system. the law has NOTHING to do with the decisions they issue

    Yeah, stupid case- I only get concerned when the government starts endorsing one specific religion...

    BTW- the 9th circuit thing is just a myth. The national overturn rate for supreme court cases has been hovering around about 75% and the 9th circuit has been right there with it since about 2000.
