I recently purchased this one, but I don't have any idea what is this SDA non commond ground amplifier interface is all about with interconnect cable pin and blade connection.

My interconnect cable doesn't have any amplifier interface, only cable with pin and blade.

What is the difference between this one and the one that I currently using without any amplifier interface.( Only cable pin and blade connection).

I greatly appreciate your help.
